Grilled Bourbon Glazed Salmon

** We basted the salmon with the glaze and grilled it - while basting it a couple times. Then we served it with parmesan smashed potatoes.








Ingredients for glaze:
1 cup bourbon whiskey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1 pinch dry mustard
salt and pepper to taste
