Ingredients:
- 20-24 oz piece of salmon
- 2 tablespoons sweet vermouth
- 2 tablespoons each (parsley, basil, and dill)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 stick of butter
- Season salmon with vermouth, salt/pepper, and dill. Cover and refridgerate for about an hour.
- Place salmon skin-side down in a baking pan (spray pan with cooking spray first)
- Broil for 20 minutes.
- Melt butter in a pan. Add parsley, basil, and dill. Spoon over salmon when almost fully cooked.
