Dill Salmon with Herb Butter

Ingredients:
  • 20-24 oz piece of salmon
  • 2 tablespoons sweet vermouth
  • 2 tablespoons each (parsley, basil, and dill)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 stick of butter
Directions:
  1. Season salmon with vermouth, salt/pepper, and dill. Cover and refridgerate for about an hour.
  2. Place salmon skin-side down in a baking pan (spray pan with cooking spray first)
  3. Broil for 20 minutes.
  4. Melt butter in a pan. Add parsley, basil, and dill. Spoon over salmon when almost fully cooked.
  5. ENJOY!
